How to Set Intentions That Stick

A clear intention is the foundation of manifestation. Learn a simple framework for writing intentions your mind actually believes.

Why clarity matters

Your focus is a spotlight. A vague intention scatters it; a clear one concentrates it. The clearer your intention, the more your attention naturally organizes around it.

The framework

1. Present tense

Write as if it's already true: "I am..." not "I will..."

2. Positive framing

State what you want, not what you're avoiding.

3. Emotionally resonant

It should make you feel something when you read it.

Example

Instead of "I don't want to be broke," try: "I am building steady, growing abundance and I trust money to flow to me."

Practice: Reflect

How does this idea change the way you see your current situation?
